Tripadelic

American Tripel

We really enjoy mixing beer styles. We also enjoy mixing different brewing styles and exchanging knowledge. This is why we invited one of our favourite breweries – Piwne Podziemie – to cooperate on this new concoction.

Tripadelic is a fusion of Belgian Tripel and American-style hopping. We used a generous combination of zests: orange, grapefruit, lemons and limes and naturally, we fermented with Belgian yeast. We wanted to have a lot going on in this one, yet, at the same time, let it “settle” by prolonged aging. Aromas are mostly exotic red fruit, paired up with citrus, followed by undertones of estery herbs, black pepper and cloves.

Full-bodied and round, its potency is treacherous – so be advised: this is a sipping beer.
