Grodziskie is the only style in the world with a completely Polish origin. His mini homeland is Grodzisk Wielkopolski, where it was brewed most probably from the Middle Ages. It is a very light, extraordinarily light beer with a characteristic aroma of smoked malt, slightly acidic profile and very lively gassing. Bitterness is low, which only raises its refreshing qualities. Not without reason, they were once called Champagne of the North.  The team of the Zapanbrat Brewery made for us smoking of a wheat malt (in a very traditional way, with oak wood).
